Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Domestic deliveries typically take 2-6 business days once shipped.
We ship internationally.
International orders generally take 2-4 weeks once shipped.
Customs charges may apply for international orders. These import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
We DO NOT assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of packages lost in transit.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier who delivered your package within 7 days to file a claim. NOTE: The Grail Company does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

No refunds or exchanges unless the items received was defective or damaged.

No returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Claims for items damaged must include clear photos of the item.
Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
